Your personal training sessions will be held in the exclusive private training gym Gym on the Square, located in the heart of Edinburgh on Charlotte Square. During our 1-to-1 personal training sessions, I ensure that every client receives the highest level of attention, service, and privacy. The private gym boasts cutting-edge facilities and equipment, ensuring that you have access to the best fitness tools available both in and out of our sessions. With a wide array of high-quality machines and free weights, you can work on all aspects of fitness, including cardiovascular endurance, strength training, functional movements, and flexibility.


With access to a private gym in Edinburgh when you train with me, you can get all the benefits of a public gym but in a space that is specifically tailored to personal training, meaning it’s never overcrowded and there are always friendly faces on hand to help out. The gym’s convenient location in central Edinburgh makes it easy for you to incorporate regular Personal Training sessions into your daily routine, whether before or after work or during your lunch break.
