PERSONAL TRAINING IN EDINBURGH | CUSTOM NUTRITION
Hi!
I’m Alex, I am from a small town in the north of Scotland called Forres. As a personal trainer in Edinburgh I've helped thousands of people transform their body and reach their fitness goals.
From a young age I was always passionate about exercise, and as I got older I knew I wanted to get into the fitness industry and make it a career. I studied sports coaching for 3 years and then fitness, health and exercise. I then studied my level 3 personal training as my passion is to help people on a 1-1 basis with their own unique journey.
I've been offering personal training in Edinburgh since 2014, helping busy individuals achieve fat loss and body transformations using resistance training and coaching them through their nutrition.
I have delivered thousands of 1-1 pt sessions working with a range of clients, all with different goals and needs. I have a high level of attention to detail and pride myself on delivering the best service possible. All training and nutrition is specific to the client!
I am located at Gym On The Square, an exclusive private pt gym situated in the heart of Edinburgh on Charlotte Square.
As part of your journey with ASPersonalTraining, you will receive a tailored coaching programme and your own key so you can use the private gym facilities outside of our sessions!

Absolutely! I strongly encourage beginners to start off with some sessions, as I can teach you how to correctly perform exercises for your goals and body. Many beginners or fitness-returners also face gym anxiety which may hold them back from doing what they really want to do. Check out my blog on Why Personal Training will help you beat your Gym Anxiety.
I train from an exclusive private coaching gym situated in the heart of Edinburgh on Charlotte Square, rather than a big busy gym, making it ideal for beginners.
